Ứng dụng:

Tryptone 10g
Natri clorid 10g
Cho 15-20 g bột agar vào môi trường đặc, thêm nước cất 2 lần để hòa tan thành 1 L, điều chỉnh pH đến 7,2 bằng NaOH và khử trùng ở 121°C trong 30 phút.
